MSYSA has announced that, beginning in the fall of 2026, they will revert to school-year registration (Sept. 1 - Aug. 31) from the current birth-year registration (Jan. 1—Dec. 31).

There are a few things to discuss over the next several months, most notably:

1. This change will take place for the season beginning Fall 2026 (in 18 months), rather than this upcoming Fall 2025. For this upcoming tryout cycle, everything remains status quo.
2. In contrast to when MSYSA moved from school year to birth year registration in 2016, affected players this time around will be able to remain with their current age group by opting to play up. Players are eligible to remain with their current age groups indefinitely—as long as they are able to make the team.

In the announcement, MSYSA acknowledged that specific leagues may opt to remain birth-year rather than school-year. With 18 months' notice, we expect additional information/guidance as we get closer to Fall 2026. For now, please let us know if you have any questions.

TKO Premier SC is excited to release it's Winter Training Schedule for 2024-25.

Registration for TKO ACADEMY for the Spring 2025 season is located in Kalamazoo. It is for boys and girls born between 2020 and 2016.
2019 and 2020 - Mini's 1&2 day-a-week option, at the Kalamazoo Soccer Complex Center
2016 and 2018 - Juniors 2 day-a-week option, at the Kalamazoo Soccer Complex Center

Huge shoutout to TKO’s 06/07 Girls team for reaching the National League Semifinals, falling just short of qualifying for the National Championship. We are SO proud of what these girls have accomplished over the last 7 years. They have shown grit, humility and perseverance, all while being role models for all of the younger players in the club.
