Michigan State Premier Soccer Program (MSPSP, also known as Premier) is an affiliate of the Michigan State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) and is a state-wide competitive soccer league.

This league places teams based on factors such as team history and coach recommendations into one of its tiers of competition that range from Classic up to Premier 1. Competitive teams from Premier 1 can be placed into the MSPSP's highest tier, the Great Lakes Premier League (GLPL).

MSPSP teams typically play 8 games per season (fall and/or spring) and its teams are eligible to apply to play in the Michigan State Cup. Travel for these games range from local home games to all over the lower peninsula of Michigan. Classic to Premier 2 tiers aim to keep games within the team's region.
