Why I coach for TKO Premier SC: With two children playing in the club, I am invested in the future success of this top notch, arguably greatest, soccer club in Kalamazoo and surrounding areas. I greatly admire the careful attention the directors pay to setting up a curriculum that incrementally builds from the foundation upward. Further, I chalk it up as a privilege to work alongside a coaching staff who truly care about the development of the whole person, not just focused on the game. Finally, the culture that this club establishes is something to be proud of where the parents encourage and the coaches coach while the players soak up a positive learning environment.

Fun fact about me: Coach Neil (yes, he coached me) assigned me with my nickname (Shabba) that has now transcended to my own kiddos.
